Son approche est clairement positionn\u00e9e : il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de construire au maximum, mais de concevoir consciemment, avec une charte qui mise sur \u00ab\u00a0plus sur le moins et plus sur l&rsquo;ensemble\u00a0\u00bb et qui met l&rsquo;accent sur une utilisation responsable des ressources. <\/p>\n\n<p>Le bois de la r\u00e9gion constitue la base et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082. Parall\u00e8lement, l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie grise est syst\u00e9matiquement remise en question tout au long de la cha\u00eene de valeur. Les b\u00e2timents sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre d\u00e9construits et utilisent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments et des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9utilisables.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Le projet va \u00e9galement plus loin sur le plan social : en tant qu&rsquo;espace de vie participatif, le Dangelbachmatte permet une v\u00e9ritable co-construction.
